Trefor Wen
This was a replacement dwelling situated on the outskirts of Llansadwrn, Anglesey which replaced a fire damaged and dilapidated farm house.
The design is modern twist on a traditional style property which has been designed to incorporate a light and airy feel, which also maximises on the views of the open country side and stunning setting.
The project was completed earlier in 2010.

The main structure is timber frame with masonry/render/oak cladding with oak doors and windows and a traditional slate roof.
The property also includes and integrates a ground source heating system coupled with under floor heating and log burner to reduce the carbon foot print and minimise the energy consumption of the property.
